Fate is an independent online entertainment project. Any third-party marks or brands referenced by users remain the property of their respective owners.
You are responsible for your account security. Fate is not responsible for losses caused by account sharing, unsafe devices, or compromised credentials.
All items, ranks, perks, and account benefits within Fate are virtual and hold no real-world ownership or cash value.
Payments made to Fate are considered support for the project. No physical goods are sold, and all digital transactions are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
Fate may rebalance, change, remove, replace, pause, or discontinue any item, system, reward structure, or service at any time when needed for stability, fairness, security, legal compliance, or ongoing development.
Fate reserves the right to suspend or permanently restrict accounts for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, rule violations, or conduct that harms the project or community.
Transactions, receipts, or payment activity may appear under Fate Entertainment or another descriptor configured by Fate's payment providers. Fate may retain transaction, login, IP, claim, and acceptance records for fraud review, support handling, and dispute responses.
